​1. Psychological Court Reports

 

Clinical Psychologists at Oma have extensive experience in writing Psychological Court Reports and assessment for the clients who are facing charges or legal issues. Reports can be written for criminal and civil cases, related but not limited to sex offense, theft, conspiracy to defraud, assault, custody, medical malpractice, traffic violation and accident. With thorough analysis and study of the client's psychological background, a psychological report aims to offer the court an additional objective perspective of the client's intention and reasons behind the behavior in question. Depending on the nature and complexity of the cases, a minimum of 1 - 3 individual sessions are necessary for psychological and behavioral analysis and assessment. The number of sessions needed will be advised from the Clinical Psychologist after the first meeting. 

 

Psychological report : starts from HK$9,000 (including a complete and thorough psychosocial and behavioral assessment & analysis). Shorter reports are also available for non-legal purposes, such as immigration, further study, suitability to receive surgery.

Face-to-face individual session:  HK$2,000/hour
