Specializing in rehabilitation services for ex-offenders, individuals facing addiction or substance abuse, and mental health issues. Mr. Yu has received training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the British Mindfulness Institute in the UK. In re-cent years, he has pursued further education in “Moment-by-Moment Reconnecting Marriage & Family Therapy” and “Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy”. Additionally, Mr. Yu offers lectures, leads workshops, and delivers professional training for educational institu-tions, healthcare facilities, churches, and social welfare agencies.
