Ms Winnie Lam Counselor MSocSc (Counselling), HKU BSc in Psychology, MUHK Member of The Hong Kong Psychological Society Certificate of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Winnie has received extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). Winnie takes and upholds the Positive Psychology and non-judgmental approach to provide individual therapy with mood disorders, relationship and marital issues, and personal growth, especially to adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+. Winnie has rich experience in working as a counsellor and researcher across community mental health settings, tertiary education institutes, residential hostels, and private practice.
