She has lived and studied in various parts of the world, including Canada, UK and US before returning to Hong Kong in 2013. Having over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, she specializes mainly working with children and adolescents with a variety of issues. Her main therapeutic approach and techniques are client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy and a variety of play therapy for younger children. She has also received training in ABA therapy catered for children with Autism.
